Nissan's Approved Used Scheme

Scheme name: Nissan Intelligent Choice

Warranty period: Every Nissan Intelligent Choice used car comes with a manufacturer-approved warranty for a minimum of 12 months. You can also opt to upgrade to an additional 12 or 24 months, as long as your car is serviced in accordance with manufacturer requirements.

History check? Verification of the vehicle's mileage and history

Inspection? Comprehensive checks including the interior, lighting and electrics, body, safety systems, coachwork and road test. Nissan will verify the vehicle's mileage and history. On vehicle collection Nissan will supply confirmation of enquiry certificates to show that it has passed these stringent checks in becoming a Nissan Approved vehicle.

Breakdown Cover: Two years (the second must be renewed with the dealer) including a replacement vehicle for up to three working days

Exchange policy: 30 days/1000 miles. Nissan will exchange it for another approved used cars of at least equal value.

Special features of the scheme: If your vehicle is more than two years old at the time of sale, MoT Care is also included, which covers the cost of repairing, replacing or adjusting specific defective parts in the unlikely event your approved used car doesn‘t pass its next MoT. Nissan also promises to replace any part of the battery causing capacity loss below 9 bars (out of 12) of any EV within the battery warranty period. You also get a courtesy car if you're car is in for repair or service.
