Jaguar's Approved Used Scheme

Scheme name: Jaguar Approved Used

Warranty period: 12 months. This is a mechanical and electrical component Warranty and can also cover certain consequential damages. The Jaguar Approved Warranty is only available through an authorised Jaguar Retailer. There is no limit to the number of claims that can be made and no limit to the value of claims up to the purchase price paid for your Approved Jaguar. Jaguar Battery Electric and Plug in Hybrid vehicles also include the balance of Battery Warranty up to eight years and 100,000 miles.

History check? The history of every car is comprehensively checked. All cars come with an Independently Verified Mileage and a Certified Ownership History to ensure that there is no finance outstanding on the vehicle and that it has not been stolen or written-off.

Inspection? 165 multi point inspection which includes a complete engine preparation, a road test and final inspection before the vehicle is professionally valeted. 

Breakdown Cover: 12 months. All Jaguar Approved cars are covered for the entire duration of the warranty period with UK and European Roadside Assistance. This operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and includes home start, car hire, vehicle re-delivery, accommodation and an accident management service.

Exchange policy: A 30 day/1000 mile (whichever comes first) exchange plan. It will be replaced with one of a similar specification or a refund will be offered. 

Extras: All Approved Used vehicles are provided with an MoT Test Warranty. When the vehicle is required to take its first or next MoT Test, it will be covered for the cost of repair, replacement and/or adjustment to covered components up to the value of £750, should the vehicle fail the MoT test (£50 excess payable). There is also seven days drive away insurance.
