Vauxhall's Approved Used Scheme

Scheme name: Network Q. It was the first national used car scheme in the UK and Network Q is arguably still the most well known. It marked its 25th anniversary in 2015.

Warranty period: Every Network Q vehicle comes with a minimum of one year's warranty. Vehicles less than two years old get the balance of the manufacturer warranty, which lasts until the vehicle is three years old or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first).

History check? Full investigation into the car's mileage, identity, whether it's been stolen, outstanding finance agreements and checked against Vauxhall's recall register for any recalled parts (Vauxhall models only).

Inspection? The Network Q Multi-Point check covers every major mechanical component, all vital safety and security check, a thorough test drive, inspection of interior and exterior features and final preparation of the vehicle.

Breakdown Cover: 12 months Roadside Assistance including Roadside Rescue, Recovery Rescue, At Home Rescue, Onward Travel and tyre-related incidents.

Exchange policy: 30 days.

Extras: Network Q customers can join the Vauxhall Service Club. This includes discount on servicing and repairs with 15% for two to three year old vehicles and 25% for vehicles over three years old. There is also 50% of MoTs. There is also three days insurance.
