VSA module issue on a Honda Accord

Car went into Honda garage Aberdeens for repairs and when they went to reset code the VSA light came on, and I have been advised that I have to pay £1,600 for a new module!

I have had the car since it was 6 months old and never had any problems. The VSA light was not on when it went into garage and the mechanic admitted the it only lit up after resetting codes.

I think it is totally unjust that I am expected to pay for something that was not a problem until the garage worked on the car.

Take the matter up with the dealer principal of the dealership concerned. Could be that it is spurious and the warning can be cleared.
