New or used Polo?
I have the choice of a new standard Polo Match for £13,205 (Volkswagen dealer) or £11,817 (Drive the Deal) rather than a used TSI for £10,990 (Volkswagen dealer) with sunroof, winter pack and 17 inch alloys. Which should I pick?
My wife wants new - we will keep for at least 8 years and she is worried about buying a lemon.
I think used is a better car - with more specs and avoids initial depreciation.
The TSI is June 2012 with 3,200 miles from an elderly lady, who only drove it for a year and it has since been laid up in her garage - is this a potential problem?

I'd go for the new car and get the full 3 year warranty. You definitely don't want idiotic 17" alloys on a Polo.
