Will a broken passenger seat handle mean that my car fails its MOT?

I have my MOT coming up and my passenger seat handle has broken (the handle that pulls the seat forward so passengers can get in and out of the back). Will I fail my MOT because of this? Where can I get a replacement?

I wouldn't assume that the car will fail for this. You do not say what make and model your car is, but I would suggest that you try a breaker's yard as the cheapest option.
