Can anyone comment if breakdowns data held by the big recovery companies is available to the public?

I was trying to look up some figures about a car we have at work (Zaffira 2017 Tourer) as it seems this vehicle is cursed and already caused some of us to get stuck and not reach meetings. The admin team at work is thinking of getting shot of it but I am not sure if this model (Diesel/manual) was/is generally that bad?

But it would never possibly beat my record while I owned my Renault Espace.

Known personally by all the regular recovery teams in my town and managing three breakdown on the way down the M5 and a possible fire from the radiator fan on the return journey, which my wife confused with a stubble fire in Somerset.

Finally one of the main causes was a sheared engine mount caused by the previous owner towing a caravan as far as Annecy!
