LX 1.6 TDCi (90ps) 5dr People Carrier

Excellent drive, reliable and economical.

Purchased new for a shade over £10k (can't believe how much prices have risen...)

Over the last 48,000 miles and near 4 years not had one issue with the car, and has been totally reliable. Economy averages around 55mpg (brim to brim as no trip) which very pleased with including a roads and around town.

Compared with our other car (new VW Touran), the C-Max both drives much better, the engine and gearbox feels better, and there is no contest in reliability and build quality. Both of us choose the C-Max on a morning rather than the Touran as it's so much nicer to drive.

Dealership has been ok (though expensive), but since it's out of its warranty have taken it to the VW dealer who provide a much better value service !!

Would I buy one again - definately, although not yet, as still more than happy with this one...
