Frazer Nash Reviews

Frazer Nash made its name building chain-driven sports cars during the 1920s, but couldn't make it pay, so was taken over in 1929. Instead, it started importing BMWs, which gained it access to the German company's mechanicals - such as the brilliant 2.0-litre 328 engine – in its competition machines.

After WW2, Frazer Nash continued, and named several of its models after events and venues in which it had achieved sporting success, such as Le Mans, Sebring, Mille Miglia and Targa Florio. In 1960, the company  decided to retreat from car production and concentrate on other engineering disciplines.
